Back in June I was installing the software agent used by the Help Desk Web App to monitor and acquire information about my computers in the network. Sort of I didn't liked because when installed in my Mac that agent was so sticky an annoying that I decided to factory reset my computer to get ride of it. Then I noticed since jun to date, that at least four of my ten computer had to be factory reset because performance issues. THEN the Sunburst attack came into action and now I am wondering if this software agents were infected or not?
Who can tell me ? Everybody talks about the Orion® Platform software but what about this section of the SolarWinds family? I have so many concerns!!!
hope someone from the company can reply to this post.
Thanks
