Can status types be customizable?
Trying to determine the best way to identify the life cycle phase within change management.
Can certain request types see certain statuses? or do they all see the entire list of statuses?
Example - if I was to add statuses of development / testing / training / ect. Can these statuses be linked to a specific request type called change management?

Check out the online demo and see if you can get exactly what you are looking for. You can create a status and then under option you can set the status as it goes through the change approval process. Ex. Web Help Desk
