I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. I could not find any sorting options in the settings view.
When you open the client ticket view and open a ticket with lots of notes. It seems there's a random sorting active.
Anyone have also this problem? Any tips?
I tried to open a ticket first but it seems there's a problem with the submit form....
P.S. In this view it's not possible to sort when clicking on the table header. 😉
