Report on a Custom Ticket Field

I have created a Custom Ticket Field called "Estimated Resolution Time"
I would like to be able to run a report on this field to compile a list of estimated work time by each Tech
Upon looking in the report fields, it doesn't appear in the reporting list, can anyone assist to tell me if it is possible or not and if it is possible, tell me where to look to allow me to report on it?
