Problem with O365 email account Link

Hello everyone,

I followed the instructions in the manual for an O365 incoming email account.
I did everything and now hang at point 8 or 9 the "Authorize".
I clicked on Authorize and the page opened. Then I entered my login details. Now I only must click Accept to authorize the "requested permission". Everything looks fine.

Unfortunately I got this error then:
AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: 'MY OWN APP ID'.

Of course I checked several times the redirect URL "https://localhost:8443/helpdesk/oauth-redirect". I also try the hostname and FQDN from my on-premise WHD server. Nothing works. Port is correct. Where is the problem? A typo?
