We attached Approval Process to some Request Types in our WHD. We want to prevent the user/client from updating the ticket details after ticket creation since the concurrence of the approver will be based on what is being requested.
In our case, when a user requests SIM Card Roaming Access for his phone for a specific period, this ticket is sent to our Communication Section who will work on the ticket while awaiting the approval of the management. If this ticket is approved, our Communication Section applies what was being approved.
Let's say, the user submitted the request for 1 week access of roaming, then the management approved 1 week access of SIM Card Roaming , because the client can still update the ticket from his site upon seeing that the request is approved, the user changed the date period for 2 weeks access of SIM Card Roaming which was not originally approved.
