Is there a way for a tech with OUT "Manage Parts" Permission to be able to view Parts inventory with out creating a dummy ticket, saving and then going to Parts tab?
We have a lot of parts in the central location and update the Parts inventory within WHD, the plan was for techs to be able to look up the inventory stock and save them a call to the warehouse to check if the part is there. Any way around it?
