Parts & Billing Inventory Alert

We are beginning to use Parts & Billing, and overall, I like it.

One big issue though, is the Inventory Alert.

I have turned it on, and set our secretary who purchases the supplies as the recipient. BUT now when the inventory alert threshold is met, she gets an email every hour until the item is resupplied (which could be more than a week). So, she is now getting more than 20 messages every day for just this one item, every day, until the item is ordered, delivered, and WHD is updated.

THAT IS CRAZY!

I can maybe see 1 email every day, but NOT EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY.

Other than not using the inventory alerts (they can be useful if there were NOT annoying), is there a way of changing how often the inventory alert sends a message? Please say yes.
