Need help with reporting in webhelpdesk

Dear All,

I want know how you people are dealing with notes section of the reports which gives junk value which is not needed or may be needed but in a justified manner.. It just looks like junk in the notes section to the non technical people. 

I want to know how you people usually clean it or reformat it either in EXCEL or is there anyway to stop WHD to give characters and just give me notes in descending or ascending order.
