Limit Ticket Viewing to Assigned Tech

HI all,

I need to limit ticket views to ONLY the assigned tech, with techs that work on the same request types and work in the same department.  This would include not being able to search for tickets not assigned to the tech.  Any ideas?

  • The closest you might be able to get to that is to limit the tech only to assigned tech group under tech->tech permissions and under general->options to check filter dashboard data to user, but I don't think that will get you to where you want to be.
