For those of you that use Lansweeper to pull in assets, what have you found to be the best settings to set within lansweeper? The biggest issue I have is that if a user has logged into multiple workstations lansweeper is pulling them all in because it is the last user field in lansweeper.
For example if I search for someone under assets thats logged into a lot of machines, it pulls them all up as their devices, and theres no clear way to see which one they are currently using. This makes it tricky to dameware into their device quickly.
It would be nice to be able to pull in the uptime and last tried options into WHD.
