We have a custom field that has a multiple choice answer. It is meant to serve as a checklist of sorts. When printing the ticket details the checkboxes do not show up on the printout. On screen grab, left side is view on screen, right side is view from print preview. Custom field in question is "Checklist-AssocNew". Checkboxes show up on screenview on left, but not on print view on right.
Weird, I didn't realize those didn't display in print view either. That seems like either a bug or a feature request- not sure.
In the meantime, it is less elegant, but you could modify your "Column Set" from the ticket listing to include your custom field of "Checklis- AssocNew". Any fields that are checked 'should' show up in the new column set. You can then download the TSV ticket list and see those fields in there.
