I need to Pull report only with the Parent Category

Hi All,

I have made my service catalogue something like this below.

Incident>Access Control>Biometric Issues

Incident>Access Control>Card Reader Issues

Incident>Access Control>Face Recognition Issues. 

While reporting for status for each Request type. It is giving me till the sub-type request type. 

I need only the report for Parent category. 

Meaning, if I run report. I should only get ACCESS Control and number of tickets under it.
