How do I see a users total 'Work Time'? I though it would be a report that I could generate, but short of doing a search for the user, and doing a bunch of math, I don't see any way to get the total. Is this possible?

You can do it with a custom report, as long as your techs are filling in their work time when they close tickets. Please see the below screenshots from my environment, one of the report results, and one of the settings I entered to produce the report. Is this what you're looking for?
