Hello,
Is it possible to include HTML markup in email templates?
For example, if I wanted to highlight a phone number could I just include the text "<font size=+5>555 4321</font>" in the Template field?
Thanks for your assistance with this.

Sure, just make certain your email system allows it. MS exchange 2010 (what I use) allows html formatted messages but this can be turned off. My experience is limited with other email providers but needless to say of is wed based well then ya, html.

Thanks for this. It will, discovered through trial and error, accept some basic HTML instructions as well (e.g. It will take <hr>, but not <font>).
