Electronic Signature Pad

We use webhelpdesk not only for ticketing but to track inventory.

When we sign out new devices there is a mountain of paperwork

Is anyone using the system with a Electronic Signature pad where the user comes in to collect

device, signs on the elec pad and the digital signature is stored in WHD?

This is very interesting use-case Mart. Do you have some specific pad already in use and are you using for this process some software at the moment?
This could be achieved by using WHD API, but it would require some scripting and coding depending on software capabilities of the pad you have in mind.
