I want to be able to post links directly to specific request types (in email or web pages). I see the URL doesn't change as I select request types and sub-types. Anyway to construct an URL that will go directly to a specific request?

Someone posted this a while back and it should be what you are looking for. The XXX represents the website your WHD is hosted at (i.e. support.dell.com) and the ### represents the Request Type ID (Setup> Tickets > Request Types). Make sure the request type is "Visible to Clients."
