Adding a tech node to a ticket via the API

Has anyone had any luck adding a tech note to a ticket via the api as It looks like the example in the current guide may be wrong?

I can read back the notes for a specific ticket via the api without issue, but I can't create one.


I'm currently looking at page 26 of the pdf file indicated here,

The example shows the content cut off mid way through the json.

A bit of googling and page 22 of the following file may contain the correct content, however it's still not adding a note to the ticket?

Can anyone confirm that the example in this older document should work with WHD?
