[VIDEO] The Peanut Butter & Jelly of IT Software

Does this mean we can expect WebHelpDesk to actually be maintained or updated?  The thwack forum is full of people worried that this program has been abandoned as there has been almost no word from project managers or updates seen in months.

It is a little disheartening as competing software is being maintained and improved while WHD has been largely ignored.  I know myself and other users would appreciate an update or some kind of idea that this software isn't as good as dead.
