I saw there was were mentions of a feature request back in 2013-2014, but I don't see a feature request in Thwack so I'm creating this here. My client is on 2019.2 and we still get the "not a gateway" message when trying to add vg224 voice gateways. This is a large international business with a lot of these devices and we are not able to add any of them.
