Hi sja,
we want to first make product more mature in term of voip quality monitoring for platform we currently support. adding new vendor with no SIP and H.323 support for PRI or signalling issues reporting is something we hear from our users as a fundamentals for understanding the voip problems. It's not we don't want to do Juniper or Lync/Skype, it's more about when and currently it's below SIP and H.323 protocol support and ad-hoc reporting for VNQM.
How about (CB)QOS monitoring and it's relationship to Juniper infrastructure. how typical it is to find the call quality is caused by wrong QOS settings?

As a SolarWinds user and a Cisco Voice user, having SIP support is a must, as we are moving away from our TDM T1's across the board to SIP Gateways.

michal.hrncirik Lync support for call data, etc is the only defining factor aside from Avaya support that will decide whether or not I am able to get this product purchased, so if that can be pulled in would be useful, to say the least.
SAM doesn't really cut it here, and the only other option appears to be queries against the SQL db for Lync. I'm not sure this will make it past a 30 day trial even with it's improvements over Avaya's solution.

We have customers considering other solutions because SLW doesn't provide good support for Juniper, expecially in the area of QoS.
Surely Juniper is seen as a vendor to invest some development in.
