Switching from fully meshed to hub-and-spoke

We are just getting our feet wet with VoIP Monitor.  We added 5 sites as fully meshed and auto-discovered call paths but then determined they should be hub-and-spoke. We changed the sites to hub-and-spoke but the fully-meshed call paths are still present.  How do we get rid of them?  Should we have deleted the nodes and started over?  By deleting the nodes, will that clear all the call paths out of the database?

Never mind.  I figured out what I did wrong.  I had every site configured as hub-and spoke.  Only one site should have been configured as hub-and-spoke.
