SIP Trunks: Status Not Polled Yet

We're on the newest version of VNQM and I have setup the CallManagers to be polled every 5 minutes with the "Enable AXL SIP Trunk Polling" option.  The AXL Credentials show successful using the Test button.   The Call Manager SIP Trunks widget does show the SIP trunks and the Device Pools.   However, under the status column it says "Status not Polled Yet" and if you click the link for a specific trunk we get a "unexpected website error" status not polled for this SIP trunk.

Has anyone seen this or have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

This didn’t work for me with support at the min managed to get it from status not polled to unknown but that’s it.

Using the admin account count which has those permissions wondering if it’s to do with version?

still not got anywhere support have said the below

"Sorry to inform that we do not have any official information detailing this. I found this information by contacting a Dev directly and he informed me that
we are requesting the information using HTTP1.1 and it seems that your serveris expecting on HTTP1.0 and therefor causing the issue.

The Dev requested if it is possible to change this setting on the CUCM."

Not sure where to go next with this our cisco contractor does not have a clue what to do with this anyone any ideas.

So the VQNM AXL Application User in CUCM needs the following Roles as maverickccie mentioned...

Standard AXL API Access

Standard CCM Admin Users

Standard SERVICEABILITY Administration

By default only the Standard CCM Super Users Access Control Group has Standard SERVICEABILITY Administration. If you don’t want the app user to have that much access to your CUCM you have to create a new Access Control Group in CUCM with only the Roles that the VQNM app user actually needs. I named mine "VQNM SIP Monitoring" and assigned it the above Roles and all is well.

Here is a link to the Cisco Admin guide that shows how to Manage User Access in CUCM

I have read thru the tips above and have followed them but still unable to get it to work.  Some of my sip trunks are saying UNKNOWN even though CUCM has them in FULL SERVICE.

Any help is appreciated.  I have a case with SW support but awaiting for more feedback for next steps.  Thanks.

Make sure your axl user has the following permisions in Call Manager:

Standard AXL API Access

Standard CCM Admin Users
Standard SERVICEABILITY Administration

That last one is the important one for monitoring SIP trunks

This worked for me also. Thanks!
