IP SLA Operations Won't Delete

In VoIP and Quality Settings I'm trying to delete an IP SLA Operation. I select the check box and then the "Delete" option, and the confirmation message reads as follows:

> "Since Manual operations were created on the router and not in VoIP and Network Quality Manager, deleting manual operations from VoIP and Network Quality Manager will not delete the operations from the Source Devices." 

I select "Delete" in the bottom of that box and it disappears, but nothing happens. I've given it time to work and refreshed the page, but nothing has changed. 

I'm running VNQM 4.5.0. Is there a bug or have I done something wrong? I do recognize that the IP SLA will need to be removed from the device itself.

I have this same exact problem.
