IP SLA Manager error

Hi,

Our installed IPSLA Mngr had this error which didn't come to my attention if I didn't notice a data gap in my UDP Jitter report:

Unhandled exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

Does anybody know what this error might be?Just in case this error reoccurs I would know what to check or at best preevnt it.

Was this error on the website? If so, you can watch the memory consumption of the IIS process (w3wp.exe). To prevent it, you may set the recycling of the worker process to be performed every time the memory consumption goes over a specified value.

Hi Michal / Craig,
I didn't try it yet, because the error didn't occur again..i guess when it does then that's the time i try it out, just to see how our servers are doing..

I am having error in IP SLA, it displays unkown state on certain operation after deleting and re-creating it. Anyone can help? Thanks!

In normal conditions, it may take a few seconds before the operation starts reporting any data and it gets a status other than unknown.
Anyway, if it takes quite a long time, please take a look at the Operation Details resource and see what the Status Message states. This is usually the first look in the troubleshooting. Can you post what the status message is?
