We're running an Avaya G3R with Avaya S8700 servers. Our off campus PBX connectivity is PRI, but we use SIP to connect to our Avaya conference bridge. We're also running VoIP handsets, in addition to more traditional digital and analog sets. We're also using PRI to interconnect our Avaya G3R with our Cisco Call Manager. Lastly, we're using PRI to connect the G3R to our Avaya Modular Messaging system (Voicemail). I'm not the Tel guy, so if this isn't the information you were looking for let me know.

We are using S8710's, 8730's and a couple of 8400's. We also have a mixture of NEC VoIP equipment as well. I can get the details of the NEC equipment if you need.
We are heavily pursuing a VoIP monitoring tool that will give us what we need with our Avaya equipment. When do you think this will be available?
Any suggestions to monitor above mentioned Avaya environment. One of our customer has Avaya environment and wants to monitor it through Orion Voipmodule. He has Avaya Cmmunication Manager and gateways.. Any suggestions..
