FTP Failed

I have recently moved servers that VNQM runs on.

I have moved the IP address of the old server to the new server.

CUCM 11.5 is sending the CDR files to the SFTP server which is also the same server that VNQM is on.

I have noticed that VNQM is not downloading/reading the files.

I can see from the SFTP server (Bitvise) that is getting the connection request every minute but then drops them straight away.

I have confirmed the password is correct, I have even created a new username/pass within my SFTP Server to test, which works from CUCM, but not from VNQM?

Anyone seen anything similar to this before?

Have you tried to manually connect from the VNQM Server to your TFTP Server using a TFTP Client to make sure the connection works and isn't rejected? It could be a security rejection from your TFTP Server?

Found the issue was BitVise not having the algorithm that VNQM was trying to use.
Changed a setting and it resolved the issue.
