Call Manager AXL Credentials Fails after Upgrading to VNQM 4.1


After upgading to VNQM 4.1, we are no longer able to get CDR/CMR records.  No changes have been done to the CM's.  When I edit the CM's in Solarwinds, AXL and FTP testing fails instantly.  I followed the link "Help me fix this" link under the Test Failed and I can see that AXL is enabled and passwords are successful. 

Is anyone else having this issue after upgrading?
