Call Manager AXL Credentials Fails after Upgrading to VNQM 4.1

After upgading to VNQM 4.1, we are no longer able to get CDR/CMR records. No changes have been done to the CM's. When I edit the CM's in Solarwinds, AXL and FTP testing fails instantly. I followed the link "Help me fix this" link under the Test Failed and I can see that AXL is enabled and passwords are successful.

Is anyone else having this issue after upgrading?

We are having the exact same problem after we upgraded to VNQM 4.1 as well. I opened a ticket w/SW tech support since we did not change anything in our environment either, besides upgrading this tool.
