Alerting on SIP Trunk Usage (Threshold Alarming)

Pardon my potential lack of good research on this. I'm new to SW and have gotten the reporting of my SIP Trunks working now. It's great and it seems to be tracking them as accurate as can be.  My next challenge is setting threshold alarms so I can see if I have a spike in active calls.  Can't seem to find where I set those alerts and levels at though.  Anyone have some pointers on that?
