Add support for ShoreTel equipment

Would you please add support for more than just Cisco phone systems.  I would really like to see support for ShoreTel switches in here.  They record call path flow and packet loss and it would be nice to be able to poll the equipment for those statistics and monitor it in addition to/from my router/switch.
