Notification of new VMs

Notification of new VMs

As discussed is the comments of WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON FOR VIRTUALIZATION MANAGER (UPDATED MARCH, 2019), we propose that a newly discovered VM be able to generate an event.  More specifically, a newly discovered VM that belonged to a certain data center or cluster or matched a certain criteria ('name like abc' or 'comments include', etc.) would generate an event.

I would also love to see a report that shows which VMs VMAN knows about that aren't in NPM.  Yes, I know it is do-able with a custom SQL report but for those out there that don't have a SQL DBA (or someone that plays one on TV) on staff it would be awesome.

For example: user 'DEMOLAB\Orion' cloned a new vm into your VMware virtualization environment. By tracking events such as clones and other tasks  and building a real time alert definition, you are able to notify yourself, execute actions and log it to the Windows Event log using our world class alerting engine.
