Ability to have quiet time set for alerts

We would like to see the ability to have quiet time where an alert will not email you during a certain period for instance when Backups are running.

This functionality is also available by leveraging the VMAN 6.1 integration with NPM/SAM and using the Advanced Alert Manager's "Time of Day" fields.
