in VMAN resources in the Orion Web Console > Virtual Cluster Details there's a "DRS vMotion Rate".
Mine is "4". I'm interested to know: Four what? and per how long?
and if I can graph it.
(this cluster does about 600 DRS vmotions a day).
Many thanks
Looks like it's a rating number to help decide when something should be moved:

Hi Ian,
This reflects the vmotion rate found off of your ClusterDrsConfigInfo data object. https://pubs.vmware.com/vi3/sdk/ReferenceGuide/vim.cluster.DrsConfigInfo.html
According to the VMware reference this will show:
Thanks for pinpointing this for me serena - I understand it now.
For the record, naughty of vmware to to be using a rating and calling it a rate. quite different meanings.
Also, it is not the value i recognize from the vsphere cluster configure "Migration Threshold" slider - but it's complement
(mine is "2" in vsphere client).
slider vs VmotionRate:
1 - 5
2 - 4
3 - 3
4 - 2
5 - 1
Thanks again.
