VMAN CPU Ready Output

Hi all,

I'm new to SolarWinds so forgive me if this is something simple I have missed.

I'm trying to confirm that the CPU Ready information that SolarWinds is giving me from VMAN for VM's is accurate, the metric I am getting back in ms doesnt seem to marry up with whats in ESXTOP or vCenter. Can anyone help explain to me the difference and how I match the information up so I can confirm the data is correct?

The value provided by VMan is actually in %, but it shows incorrectly "ms" unit. Proper unit should be rendered since 2019.4

I'll look at upgrading our deployment to see if that sorts it, were on 2019.2.
