My VM team when tried to deploy VMAN using OVF, they got below error. Any suggestions?

1. Also my VM team is asking that- They cannot create IP Pool as only 1 IP is given to deploy the appliance. So is it mandatory to reserve some IP or to create IP pool to use in Vapp?

2. If they go with other way of disabling the Vapp option from VM properties, IP config set during deployment will not work. So they will have to manually assign the IP address but it seems they are not authorized to make changes to IP and other config. So is there any specific credentials to be be used which Solarwinds provide?
