Is there a way to add comments or custom properties to an unmanaged VM?

We're in the process of installing agents and solarwinds monitoring across our environment, which is made up of about 830 VM nodes at the moment.

A small selection of these, mostly development nodes or VM guests that are going to be decomissioned soon, have not gotten approval to install agents on them. The idea being that it's not worth the time, and the VMAN monitoring will cover it.

Is there any way to mark these servers via a comment or custom property to tell other admins not to manage them? Ideally we'll keep a paper record of our agent install approvals, but I'm thinking months/years down the line when that is out of date, and we need something to let us know at a glance. The comments/notes in a managed node are perfect, but.. well, we don't have those on the VM guests.
