Custom alert

Hi,

I'm new to Visualization Manager and I can't see if this is possible or not.

I've been asked to create an alert on high CPU utilization with the following requirements:

1. If the VM triggers the threshold of 80% to 90% 2 out of 3 times over a 15 minute period generate a warning in Solarwinds.
2. If the VM triggers the threshold of 90% or more 2 out of 3 times over a 15 minute period generate a warning in Solarwinds.

I've looked at some other alerts and can see something that may help, but I don't know the language to query what I'm after.

Example I found [now TO now+7days] or [now TO now-30days]
