Alerts with v5?

Ever since we upgraded to version 5 I have noticed that the alerts I have set up are not working like before. For example I have an alert to tell me when a VM memory exceeds a certain percentage for 10 minutes. I am getting the alert when it happens but I am not getting the alert when it clears? Does anyone know if I have to go in and change something?
