UDT Port Detail/History

I'm running NPM/UDT/IPAM, all versions just before the latest release.

I recently did a discovery and brought all access ports into UDT and marked them as monitored but no additional info is being populated. Only thing I see on the port is its status and port connection info. I can also shut/no shut it from the port info page but I'm not seeing MAC/IP data. Any thought on what I am missing?

I don't know if you still have this issue, but I believe I may have a solution, I was having the same problem and found that I just needed to upload the new MIB files to the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\ directory. Hope that helps.

I did not have the same issue but I did resolve by adding the correct MIBs to be polled on my switching.
I'm glad you posted, I completely forgot to close this out.

Update for anyone looking into this...
I had to update the MIBs in my SNMP strings in order for the information to be polled from my switching gear. In particular they were:
mib-2
interfaces
cisco
After that I forced a refresh under "List Resources" and checked some new options that showed up such as VLAN/Topology:Layer 2
Once this was done UDT started to poll for all the juicy information I was looking for.

rsharp-cok ,when you say you had to update the SNMP strings, do you have a KB or wiki article that you used to do so?

Ah thanks, it would appear that I'm at a bit of a disadvantage as we are using Brocade Ruckus ICX7250s and not Cisco gear. Thanks for the reply however.
