UDT - Notifications of Rogue MAC Addresses

We're a potential customer and we're looking at the possibility of using UDT to notify us of rogue MAC addresses on our network.

We have the product downloaded, installed and polling the switch.

The port information, including the mac addresses is being pulled.  So far so good.

I've disabled the default 'all mac addresses are trusted' rule, or whatever it's called.

It still refuses to consider my test machines mac address as a rogue address and therefore doesn't send me an email.

Not being able to get this working is having a detrimental affect on the product evaulation.  Can anyone lend some help?

Additionally, it appears that the whitelisting feature is buggy... It keeps getting overwritten every time I want to add an address to it.
