Add New Account - AD account search hangs

Starting within the last week, whenever I try to add a new AD user or group to Orion access, the "Search for Account" process hangs and doesn't come back with any results, which obviously prevents me from adding any new access to users. If I restart the service or reboot the server, when it comes back up, I'm able to search and add for a short period of time, but eventually it ends up not working again. When I brought this to support, the response was to uninstall and reinstall the Orion server, which is really not acceptable. Has anyone seen this behavior before and found a solution?

Also, are you by chance using LDAP for your Active Directory authentication? E.G. [Settings > All Settings > Advanced AD Settings > Authenticate Active Directory Users via LDAP]

What products and verions do you have installed? Could you also describe your AD topology and share teh case # with me?
