We need to submit a Feature Request for Network Atlas to show the WAP nodes for a Cisco C9800-L-C-K9. I am submitting a separate case to update the MIBs database for a Cisco C9800-L-C-K9 once I receive the MIBs from coworkers.
Does the users and AP's show up when you configure the 9800? I'd be surprised if Cisco changed what MIBS had to be scanned for the AP's and such, and in NPM v2020.2 it lists support for the 9800 was added, so make sure you update to that.
If I remember right, the AP's only show up when creating a "Wireless Heat Map" in Network Atlas, I don't work at a place that has Cisco AP's anymore and the ones we have aren't supported, so I can't say for sure.
But, when you create a new map it gives you the option to create a "Network Map" or a "Wireless Heat Map". Make sure you choose the heat map and the AP's should show up, if you're running 2020.2 that is!
