Is there some reason why a 24-hour time format is not supported by SolarWinds? I can find this same question as far back as 2009, still unanswered, so it appears to have been ignored or overlooked. In case it has escaped the developers awareness, the military work exclusively using a 24-hour time format. If SolarWind is unable to provide such a basic feature, it makes me question what else has been overlooked.
