We use all of our SolarWinds products in a classified environment. We are still on station, working a split shift to maintain proper social distancing.
Q1 - My company relied on a 3rd party for this information, and had no visual dashboards. SolarWinds was mid-deployment when COVID kicked in so now we are running some temp dashboards setup in anger to help support the remote workforce as best as possible, but it's already been a great help to the support teams.
I ended up whipping up some additional monitoring for services like Clever, Cisco Umbrella, and GSuite. The sudden shift in focus gave me a fun challenge to come up with some new SAM templates 🙂
