As an E&I provider, the reports and work tickets accessed and built by our technicians is critical. Clients may request periodical reports, but our employees not being able to build the reports would be the biggest problem.
In my opinion it would be customers, one of the main reason is that they are the one who provide revenue to the company and if they are not happy - then the company's ecosystem would be badly affected.
