SCOM 2012 integration with Multiple NPM's or EOC?

I have a multiple NPM setup, one in US, one in Europe, with both pollers consolidating alerts into a Central EOC server. I have SCOM 2012 as well, and am wondering if the Management Pack 2.0.0 will allow either us to connect SCOM directly to the EOC server so that we can get ALL alerts? Or, if we can configure the Management pack to support Multiple NPM servers? Unless I'm wrong, from what I can tell, the management pack only allows for one NPM server, and does not allow EOC integration. Is this true?
