SAM Fails to install with error message: Module 'SAM' on the main Orion server is a newer version than the one you are trying to install on this server. You must install a newer version of Module 'SAM' on this server.

We are trying to re-install SAM 5.5 on our secondary poller. When re run the application, we get the following error: Module 'SAM' on the main Orion server is a newer version than the one you are trying to install on this server. You must install a newer version of Module 'SAM' on this server and then the install stops. The primary poller has SAM 5.5 installed with no service packs, so why are we getting this error?
