Now is your chance to provide feedback on the SolarWinds Customer Portal website! We need your input so that we can make the website easy and convenient to use. If you participate, you'll have a hand in improving the website, and you'll receive a nifty SolarWinds t-shirt!
During the week of April 16, we'll be holding individual phone interviews with people who use the Customer Portal website to do things like license management. During these sessions, we’ll talk through how you currently use the SolarWinds Customer Portal and how you manage your licenses. We'll also show you some designs that are in the works so that we can hear your thoughts. These sessions will take an hour or less, and no preparation is necessary.
