Encountered error while testing Action Rule 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' against Ticket xxxx:

I am getting the above message many times a day.   Sometimes I get a ticket number other times is reports "null".   A deeper dive into the error reads:   No com.macsdesign.whd.TechGroup found with globalID: <TechGroup: [id: '12'] > .   I only have 7 Tech Groups.   I see this error being reported from 4 years ago, but found no resolution.
