I apparently have two Thwack accounts. One that is associated with my personal e-mail account (which I know the account name and password for) and the other which is associated with my business e-mail account (which I do not know my account name or password). I'd like to change the e-mail address on my account but can't because it is already associated with my 2nd account (which I don't know the credentials for).
